About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate Team Member to work as a Barista in our Bray location. This entry-level position offers full training and excellent career progression opportunities within one of Ireland’s most beloved coffee brands. You’ll be part of a supportive team environment where no previous experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality Costa Coffee beverages to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and create welcoming experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop environment
- Learn and master Costa Coffee’s signature brewing methods and techniques
- Support team operations during busy periods and peak hours
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for coffee and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- No previous experience required – full training provided
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience
- Interest in coffee culture and beverage preparation
