Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality Costa Coffee beverages to our exacting standards
- Provide exceptional customer service that creates memorable experiences for every guest
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols consistently
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Support promotional activities and seasonal product launches
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Availability to work full-time hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
- Reliability and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail (though not essential)
- Basic understanding of food safety practices
- Cash handling experience
