Power Right Fire Energy & Security, a trusted leader in fire protection, energy, and integrated security systems, is seeking a full-time Operations Administrator to join our busy office team in Collooney, County Sligo. This position plays a key role in coordinating field service operations and providing exceptional administrative and customer support.

About the Role

As an Operations Administrator, you’ll be part of an experienced administrative team supporting Power Right’s customer operations and field-based service engineers. You’ll ensure the smooth running of daily schedules, manage service documentation, process invoices, and maintain high standards of professionalism in all customer and supplier interactions.

This is an on-site role ideal for a confident and organized individual with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily job operations platform (SimPro) to review, allocate, and schedule service works.
  • Schedule appointments for the Security Service Team and coordinate with field engineers.
  • Review and process returned job dockets, following up on outstanding issues.
  • Prepare and issue invoices for materials used during service visits, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
  • Manage customer accounts: verify payment status and process card payments by phone.
  • Greet visitors and manage reception duties professionally.
  • Order and maintain stock of office supplies and consumables.
  • Track fleet compliance renewals (e.g., tax, CVRT, and repairs).

Required Qualifications

Essential

  • Proven administration experience, ideally in a construction, contracting, or field service environment.
  • Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in office systems and confident phone manner.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Previous experience using SimPro or similar job operations software.
  • Familiarity with scheduling service teams or coordinating engineers.
