Sodexo Ireland is seeking a motivated Health and Safety Manager to lead and enhance safety performance at the Central Bank of Ireland site in Dublin 1. This full-time role offers a €70,000 annual salary, supporting a culture of safety excellence across facilities and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a positive Health & Safety culture across all operational areas.
- Provide expert advice on occupational and environmental safety.
- Implement Sodexo’s Health, Food Safety, and Environmental policies.
- Lead local planning and performance management for EHS standards.
- Manage risk registers and contribute to business continuity planning.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain compliance documentation and update safety procedures.
- Collaborate with Sodexo’s HSEQ network to share best practices and innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health and Safety.
- IOSH membership (or equivalent professional certification).
- Experience in Hard FM, Mechanical & Electrical, or facilities environments.
- Sound knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation.
- Understanding of Food Safety systems, including HACCP.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Salary: €70,000 per annum.
Hours: 39 hours per week, full-time permanent.
