The Brothers of Charity Services Ireland are recruiting a Clerical Officer (Grade 0609) for a permanent wholetime position in County Clare. This role is open to both HSE and non-HSE applicants and offers an opportunity to join a respected Section 38 organisation providing essential disability and community services across the Mid West region.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to service areas.
• Maintain accurate records, data entry, and filing systems.
• Assist with correspondence, documentation, and scheduling.
• Support management with reporting and coordination tasks.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical position (public or private sector).
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with HSE or Section 38 organisational structures is desirable.

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Grade: Clerical Officer (Grade Code 0609)
• Salary Scale (effective 1 August 2025): in line with Department of Health Consolidated Salary Scales – €28,080 to €46,247 per annum (as per Circular 6/2025).
• Contract Type: Permanent Wholetime.
• Full benefits and pension in accordance with public sector norms.
