The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking experienced professionals to fill five permanent IHA Service Lead positions within the Dublin and South East Health Region. These strategic leadership roles focus on the management and coordination of Integrated Healthcare Areas (IHAs), ensuring effective service delivery across Dublin South, Wicklow, Waterford, and Wexford.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage operational delivery across designated IHAs.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary health services to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement service improvement plans within the IHA framework.
• Collaborate with senior management to align regional priorities with national HSE goals.
• Promote integrated care pathways and patient-focused outcomes.
• Represent the HSE at regional and inter-agency meetings.
• Ensure compliance with health sector standards and governance frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Current employment with the HSE, TUSLA, Section 38 agency, or statutory health agency (as per WRC Agreement 161867).
• Proven experience in healthcare leadership or management.
• Strong understanding of integrated health systems and community service delivery.
• Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Access to appropriate transport and flexibility with working hours.

• Permanent wholetime position.
• Salary and allowances in line with Department of Health Consolidated Pay Scales (effective 1 August 2025).
