The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking a dedicated Grade V ICT Support Engineer to provide essential frontline IT support across Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Louth County Hospital, and The Cottage Community Hub. This permanent, wholetime role is based in County Louth within the HSE Dublin and North East region.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide frontline ICT support to hospital and community-based staff
• Assist with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of user IT issues
• Support hardware, software, network, and communications systems
• Ensure timely escalation of complex technical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records
• Contribute to ICT improvement initiatives across multiple sites
• Deliver high-quality customer-focused technical support

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant ICT qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong technical proficiency across Windows environments and common healthcare systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience in IT support within a large, busy organisation
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Full clean driving licence desirable due to multi-site responsibilities

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Grade V salary scale (0566) as per HSE consolidated pay scales
• Permanent, wholetime contract
• Standard HSE benefits including pension, leave, and progression
