The HSE is seeking a committed and recovery-focused Grade VII Recovery Co-Ordinator to join the Adult Mental Health Services within the Sligo Leitrim / Donegal Community Healthcare organisation. This permanent opportunity supports the ongoing development of recovery-oriented practice across the region, ensuring service user and family voices are central to mental health service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate recovery-focused initiatives across Adult Mental Health Services
• Support service user and family engagement, participation and feedback processes
• Facilitate collaborative group activities with diverse stakeholders
• Drive projects that promote recovery, quality improvement and person-centred service delivery
• Work closely with internal and external partners to enhance service standards and outcomes
• Contribute to organisational development and ensure best practice in recovery-oriented care
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong commitment to recovery and lived-experience-informed practice
• Proven experience facilitating groups or collaborative engagement processes
• Demonstrated project development and implementation skills
• Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders
• Understanding of quality assurance and best practice within statutory services
• Full clean driving licence with access to own transport
