Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight within the Virtual Ward.
• Coordinate patient care pathways and ensure safe, high-quality nursing practice.
• Support staff development and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver integrated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold HSE care standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration.
• Demonstrated depth and breadth of post-registration experience in medical nursing relevant to the role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities within a dynamic service.
