The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking a committed and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to join the Virtual Ward service at Galway University Hospital. This specialised role supports enhanced patient care, clinical leadership, and effective coordination across medical nursing teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight within the Virtual Ward.
• Coordinate patient care pathways and ensure safe, high-quality nursing practice.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration.
