The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking a Grade IV Unit Scheduler for the BreastCheck Merrion Unit in Dublin 4. This specified purpose, wholetime role supports the smooth scheduling and administrative coordination of screening services. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring high-quality, patient-focused service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive scheduling support to the BreastCheck Merrion Unit
• Coordinate patient appointments and maintain accurate electronic records
• Liaise with clinical and administrative staff to ensure timely patient flow
• Support daily operational processes within the screening unit
• Prepare reports, documentation, and communications as required
• Assist with service queries, correspondence, and general office duties
• Uphold confidentiality, accuracy, and excellent customer service at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Eligible Grade IV candidate as per HSE recruitment criteria
• Satisfactory experience as a Clerical Officer in the HSE, TUSLA, statutory agencies, or Section 38 organisations
• OR Leaving Certificate with required grades
• OR equivalent qualification or third-level award (Level 6 or above)
• Strong organisational, communication, and ICT skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a busy environment
• High standard of suitability, knowledge, and ability for the role
