The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking a Digital Health Project Manager/Analyst (Grade VII) to support digital transformation across the West and North West region. This specified purpose role offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale eHealth initiatives within a dynamic, multi-site environment. Positions may be based in Galway, Roscommon, or Mayo within designated Integrated Health Areas.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coordinate, and monitor digital health projects across assigned Integrated Health Areas
• Support implementation of digital systems and technology-enabled service improvements
• Analyse workflows, processes, and data to inform digital solutions
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and ICT stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
• Prepare reports, project documentation, and governance updates
• Contribute to change management, training support, and user engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE ICT, data protection, and information governance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant third-level qualification in ICT, project management, data, or a related area
• Experience delivering digital, ICT, or transformation projects in a complex environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical and operational requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of HSE structures, digital health systems, or public sector processes is desirable
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Grade VII 0582 salary scale applies (per HSE consolidated pay scales)
