The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking a Grade V Healthcare Records Coordinator to support St Columcilles Hospital, Loughlinstown. This permanent wholetime role is open only to eligible internal applicants and offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality administration within the HSE Dublin and South East region.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate healthcare records management and ensure compliance with HSE policies
• Support the Administration & Consumer Affairs Manager in daily operational tasks
• Maintain accurate data, records and reporting systems
• Liaise with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient patient flow
• Contribute to service improvements and assist with audits
• Ensure confidentiality, GDPR compliance and proper documentation standards
• Provide administrative support across the department as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare administration or a similar records-based environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage competing workloads
• Proficiency in ICT systems used within healthcare settings
• Knowledge of HSE policies, procedures and information governance
• Eligibility under WRC Agreement 161867 (HSE, TUSLA, Section 38 or statutory agency employees)
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Permanent, wholetime contract
• Salary in line with HSE Grade V 0566 consolidated pay scales
• Standard HSE benefits including pension and leave entitlements
• Full-time working hours in accordance with HSE regulations
