Brothers of Charity Services Ireland is seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist (Grade 336Y) to join the Children’s Disability Network Team in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering meaningful clinical work with children and young people with complex needs.
Table of Contents
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to children and families
• Assess communication, feeding, and swallowing needs
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary CDNT
• Maintain accurate clinical records and report-writing
• Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide guidance to families, carers, and education partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
• CORU registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
• Recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
• Experience working with children and/or disability services (desirable)
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
• Commitment to family-centred practice

Contract: Permanent, part-time
