The Central Remedial Clinic (CRC) in Clontarf is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to drive strategic transformation and uphold exceptional standards of care for children, adults, and families. This permanent senior leadership role reports directly to the Chairperson and Board of Directors. A rare opportunity to lead a prominent Section 38 organisation in Dublin North.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead transformational change in line with the CRC 5-Year Strategy
• Foster a strong organisational culture aligned to CRC values
• Oversee all management and administrative functions across CRC services
• Ensure the highest quality of care, education, training, and client rights
• Promote dignity, respect, and individualised support for all clients
• Maintain robust governance consistent with Section 38 and charity requirements
• Deliver sound financial management, accountability, and stewardship of public funds, donations, and grants
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Senior executive leadership experience within healthcare, social care, disability, or public/charity sectors
• Proven ability to manage complex organisations and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong governance, compliance, and stakeholder management expertise
• Demonstrated ability to lead cultural and strategic change
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
• Commitment to client-focused, rights-based service delivery
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Grade: CEO (Band SC2 Social Care) 0081
• Contract: Permanent, Wholetime
• Salary: In line with approved public sector norms for Section 38 agencies (see national consolidated salary scales)
• Full-time senior leadership hours with flexibility as required
