St Columcille’s Hospital, Loughlinstown is recruiting a Grade V General Service Manager (Ref: SCH1032025) to support the delivery of high-quality administrative and operational services within the hospital. This permanent wholetime post sits within the HSE Dublin and South East region and is open to both HSE and non-HSE applicants.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the Business & Support Service Manager in the day-to-day running of General Support Services
• Coordinate administrative workflows across assigned departments
• Maintain governance, compliance, and reporting standards
• Manage records, data quality, and information processes
• Liaise with clinical and non-clinical teams to streamline service delivery
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and performance monitoring
• Uphold HSE policies, procedures, and statutory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in a healthcare, public sector, or complex administrative environment
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in IT systems and data reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities
• Eligibility to work within the Irish public health system
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Grade V (Clerical Administrative – Code 0566)
Salary scale effective 1 August 2025:
€51,718 – €53,265 – €54,843 – €56,456 – €58,078 – €59,969 – €61,866 (LSIs)
• Contract: Permanent, Wholetime
• Benefits: Public sector pension, annual leave entitlements, progression as per HSE terms
