The Health Service Executive is recruiting a Grade VII Programme Support professional to join the Access team in Carrickmines, Dublin. This permanent, whole-time post supports Unscheduled Care performance, data analysis, reporting and stakeholder coordination across the Dublin & South East region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead programme support activities for Access and Unscheduled Care services
• Produce high-quality data reports, dashboards and performance insights
• Manage competing priorities, deadlines and workflows across the region
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support service delivery
• Analyse and interpret complex operational data to inform timely decision-making
• Support strategic planning, performance improvement and governance meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Significant experience in Unscheduled Care management (acute or community)
• Expertise in data measurement, analysis, and report development
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• High-level analytical and problem-solving capability
• Relevant third-level qualification (desirable for Grade VII roles)

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours

Grade VII Salary Scale (as of 1 August 2025): €60,013 – €78,015 per annum, with Long Service Increments applicable .
• Permanent, whole-time contract
