Key Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Promote tailored payment solutions that support client growth
• Carry out in-person sales meetings, demos, and presentations
• Close deals and expand your personal customer portfolio
• Represent Dojo at networking events and local business engagements
• Maintain a proactive pipeline and manage your own schedule and territory
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2+ years’ sales experience (field sales or B2B strongly preferred)
• Confident communicator with excellent closing skills
• Strong self-motivation and goal-driven mindset
• Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work independently
• Full Irish/EU driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
• Right to work in Ireland
• Comfortable operating in a commission-only, self-employed structure
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Average consultant earnings: €7,000+ per month in uncapped commission
• Daily settlement of upfront commissions
• Monthly residual income from active customers
• Full training, onboarding, and continuous sales support

This role is field-based across Donegal, County Donegal, with no regional restrictions — consultants may sell anywhere in Ireland.
