Wexford General Hospital is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Specialist Radiographer in PACS to join its diagnostic imaging team. This permanent, wholetime role offers the opportunity to drive digital imaging improvements and lead service development within a dynamic HSE environment. Applicants must demonstrate significant depth and breadth of PACS management experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the management, optimisation and development of PACS across Wexford General Hospital
• Drive quality, safety and service improvement initiatives in digital imaging workflows
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance image acquisition, reporting and archiving processes
• Provide specialist guidance, troubleshooting and PACS-related training to radiography and clinical staff
• Support strategic planning for imaging informatics, including upgrades and system integrations
• Monitor system performance, data integrity and compliance with HSE information governance standards
• Contribute to departmental audits, policy development and service enhancement projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
• CORU registration as a Radiographer
• Demonstrated depth and breadth of PACS management experience (required for eligibility)
• Strong technical understanding of radiology information systems, workflows and imaging modalities
• Proven ability to lead service development and quality improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across clinical, technical and administrative teams
