Tarasis Healthcare is recruiting compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants across Sligo, including Sligo Town, Ballymote, Coolaney, Skreen, Easkey, Dromore West and Enniscrone. This role offers flexible hours, competitive pay up to €19.10 per hour, and excellent employee benefits.
Table of Contents
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality care as outlined in individual care plans
• Support clients with personal care including washing, dressing and toileting
• Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and dishwashing
• Provide refreshments and light snacks as needed
• Promote independence, choice and dignity in all interactions
• Uphold client rights and maintain professional standards at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
• A kind, caring and patient-focused attitude
• Full driving licence and access to a car
• QQI Level 5 (Care Skills & Care of the Older Person) or willingness to complete
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
• Reliability, good communication skills and a strong commitment to quality care
