Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy for children with diverse developmental needs
• Complete assessments, intervention planning, and evidence-based therapy
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary CDNT team
• Provide support, advice, and capacity-building for families and caregivers
• Maintain clinical records, KPIs, and follow HSE professional governance standards
• Participate in service improvement initiatives and quality assurance programmes
Required Skills & Qualifications
• CORU registration as a Speech & Language Therapist
• Minimum three years’ post-qualification experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting children with complex developmental needs
• Strong interdisciplinary communication and collaborative practice skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work autonomously
• Commitment to continuous professional development
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• HSE Senior Speech & Language Therapist (Grade 3379) salary scale (per latest HSE consolidated salary scales)
• Permanent whole-time and specified-purpose part-time contracts available
