• Prepare high-quality hot and cold deli products (e.g., sandwiches, rolls, sliced meats).
• Use portion control measures and cook, prepare, and display foods throughout the day.
• Maintain deli displays to the highest standards at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer queries professionally.
• Share food knowledge and recommendations with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Customer service experience (advantageous).
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Multi-tasking/working under pressure.
• HACCP training desirable but not essential.
