This Grade V HR SAP Administrator role at University Hospital Waterford offers an excellent opportunity for experienced HSE staff to contribute to core HR and SAP organisational management functions. The post plays a key role in supporting workforce data, HR systems, and organisational reporting within a busy acute hospital setting.

This is a specified purpose, wholetime position within the HSE Dublin and South East region.
Eligibility: This competition is internal only, open to employees of the HSE, TUSLA, Section 38 agencies, or statutory health agencies in line with WRC Agreement 161867.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and operational support across HR and SAP OM functions
• Maintain and update SAP HR/OM data accurately and in a timely manner
• Support organisational structure management and workforce reporting
• Assist with HR processes including contracts, assignments, and data validation
• Liaise with HR, OM, payroll, and management stakeholders as required
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and data protection standards
• Support audits, returns, and management information requests
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Significant administrative experience in a HR or organisational management environment
• Demonstrated experience working with SAP HR / SAP OM systems (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience within the HSE or public health service is highly desirable
