An exciting opportunity has arisen for a MEDLIS Project Manager (Grade VII) at St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network, Dublin South. This role is central to the successful delivery of the MEDLIS programme, supporting laboratory and clinical services through effective project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation within the HSE.

This MEDLIS Project Manager Dublin South position offers a chance to work on a high-impact national healthcare ICT initiative within a specialist oncology environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, delivery, and governance of MEDLIS-related projects
• Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and reporting structures
• Work collaboratively with laboratory, clinical, ICT, and HSE stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with HSE governance, data protection, and ICT standards
• Coordinate system implementation, testing, training, and change management
• Prepare progress reports and updates for senior management and project boards
• Support continuous improvement and service modernisation initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant third-level qualification in Project Management, ICT, Healthcare Management, or related discipline
• Demonstrable experience managing complex ICT or healthcare projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within healthcare, public sector, or large organisations (desirable)
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines effectively

• Salary: In line with HSE Grade VII salary scale (Department of Health consolidated pay scales, effective August 2025)
