An exciting senior leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Human Resources Manager (Grade VIII) to join the Health Service Executive in Mullingar. This pivotal role will support the delivery of high-quality HR services across the Dublin and Midlands region, contributing directly to workforce planning, governance, and organisational performance within the public health service.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage comprehensive HR services within a complex health or social care environment
• Implement and oversee HR policies and procedures in line with HSE frameworks
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, absence management, and performance management
• Deliver a high-volume recruitment service, engaging effectively with senior management and key stakeholders
• Manage Paybill Management Control Processes in compliance with national operational and accountability frameworks
• Utilise SAP HR systems across personnel administration, organisational management, and time management
• Support strategic workforce planning and organisational development initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Significant experience in a senior HR role within a health or social care setting
• Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, and HR advisory services
• Experience delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns in complex organisations
• Strong working knowledge of SAP HR systems
• Demonstrated experience managing Paybill Management Control Processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
