An exciting senior leadership opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (CNM3) within Disability Services at St. Raphael’s Centre, Youghal. 🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic and operational leadership across disability services

• Contribute to service planning and policy implementation

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
• Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
• Significant post-registration experience in disability or relevant care settings
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
• Strong clinical governance and quality assurance knowledge
• Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills

💶 Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Salary Scale (CNM3 – 233X): €70,725 – €79,872 per annum (Aug 2025 rates)
• Increments applied in line with HSE consolidated pay scales
