You will join a high-performing sales team selling motor, home, and travel insurance to existing AA members and customers—no cold calling involved.
Key Responsibilities
• Sell motor, home, and travel insurance products via inbound and outbound calls
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
• Confidently handle objections and close sales
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Escalate complex cases appropriately
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the sales team
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (essential)
• Contact centre or call-centre experience (preferred)
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence handling objections and closing sales
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work towards APA / CIP insurance qualifications
• Legal right to work in Ireland

Salary & Commission
• Base salary from €27,750 per annum
• On-target earnings €31,000 – €50,000 in Year 1
• Clear progression framework with potential earnings up to €41,000 within 2–2.5 years

Working Hours
• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
• 1–2 Saturdays every 4 weeks (10:00 – 15:00)
Location & Employer Information
This role is based in Dublin 2, with employees required to work full-time onsite during training. Following training, the role transitions to a hybrid model, with 1–3 office days per week.
