Brothers of Charity Services Ireland is seeking a Part-Time Arts Programme Facilitator to deliver engaging, inclusive arts programmes that support the personal development, creativity, and wellbeing of service users. This role plays a key part in enhancing quality of life through structured and meaningful creative activities within a community-focused environment.
Table of Contents
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, develop, and deliver arts-based programmes tailored to individual and group needs
• Facilitate creative workshops that promote inclusion, confidence, and self-expression
• Support service users to engage safely and positively in arts activities
• Maintain appropriate records, evaluations, and progress reports
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and service coordinators
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organisational policies
• Encourage participation in community and cultural initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant qualification or experience in arts facilitation, community arts, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or in a care setting
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to person-centred practice and inclusive approaches
• Flexibility to meet service needs
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Salary in line with Workshop Supervisor / Instructor Grade 6425 public sector pay scales
• Pro-rata pay applicable for part-time hours, in accordance with consolidated health sector salary scales effective from 1 August 2025
• Specified purpose, part-time contract

• Terms and conditions may differ from HSE contracts, as this is a Section 38 organisation
