Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage projects within Disability Day Services aligned with national and regional priorities
• Support the implementation of person-centred planning frameworks
• Drive quality improvement initiatives across day service provision
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and key stakeholders
• Provide project governance, reporting, and performance monitoring
• Contribute to service planning, reform, and operational effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Significant experience working in the disability day services sector relevant to this role
• Proven experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team in Disability Services
• Demonstrated ability to engage with families and key stakeholders
• Experience developing and supporting person-centred planning initiatives
• Strong project management, leadership, and organisational skills
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Eligibility to work in Ireland and meet internal competition requirements
