St. Raphael’s Centre, Youghal is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 3 to provide senior clinical leadership within Disability Services. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-quality, person-centred care while shaping service delivery and professional practice across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic clinical leadership and operational management within Disability Services
• Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based, person-centred nursing care
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and healthcare staff
• Oversee governance, quality, and risk management processes
• Manage resources, rosters, and service planning effectively
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and interagency partners
• Support service users, families, and advocates in care planning
• Drive continuous improvement and service development initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Registration as a Nurse on the NMBI Register (appropriate division)
• Minimum requirements as per HSE Clinical Nurse Manager 3 Job Specification
• Significant post-registration experience in disability or relevant healthcare setting
• Demonstrated leadership, management, and decision-making skills
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, clinical governance, and safeguarding
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

• Salary: €70,725 – €79,872 per annum (CNM3 scale, point dependent)
