Job Overview
This is a senior national leadership role with responsibility for shaping planning, performance management, ICT and data analytics across health services. Based at Dr. Steevens’ Hospital, the post plays a critical role in supporting access, integration and system-wide performance improvement at national level.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead national planning and performance frameworks aligned with health service priorities
• Provide strategic oversight of ICT and digital enablement programmes
• Drive the development and use of data analytics to inform policy and operational decisions
• Support access and integration initiatives across services and regions
• Advise senior leadership on system performance, risks and opportunities
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams at national level
• Ensure strong governance, compliance and accountability arrangements
• Represent the organisation at national forums and stakeholder engagements
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Significant senior leadership experience in planning, performance, ICT or data-driven environments
• Proven experience operating at national or large organisational level
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated experience leading complex change and transformation programmes
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Relevant third-level qualification at NFQ Level 8 or higher (or equivalent experience)
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Salary in line with Department of Health Consolidated Salary Scales for Grade 0508
