An exciting senior leadership opportunity has arisen for a Speech and Language Therapist Manager within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) across Dublin North. This role provides strategic and clinical leadership to Speech and Language Therapy services, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care for children and young people. It is ideal for an experienced clinician ready to influence service development at regional level.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional, clinical, and operational leadership for CAMHS Speech & Language Therapy services
• Manage, support, and develop Speech & Language Therapy staff across community settings
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, child-centred, evidence-based interventions
• Contribute to multidisciplinary CAMHS leadership and service planning
• Oversee clinical governance, quality assurance, and risk management
• Manage resources, workforce planning, and service performance targets
• Lead service development initiatives aligned with national mental health policy
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Registration as a Speech & Language Therapist with CORU
• Significant post-qualification clinical experience, including CAMHS or child services
• Demonstrated experience in leadership, management, or senior clinical roles
• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent mental health frameworks
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
