LauraLynn is seeking a compassionate and motivated Staff Nurse to join its Adult Disability Residential Service in Foxrock, Dublin 18. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care within a multidisciplinary residential setting supporting adults with complex needs.
The position is offered on a Specified Purpose Wholetime contract and is open to both HSE and non-HSE applicants.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to adults with disabilities
• Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for residents
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health and care needs
• Administer medications in line with professional standards and policies
• Support families and carers through clear communication and advocacy
• Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and organisational policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Registration as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
• Experience or strong interest in disability or residential care settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Strong organisational and clinical decision-making skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development

• Salary aligned with Staff Nurse – General (Grade 2135) public sector pay scales
• Salary subject to Department of Health consolidated scales (August 2025)
• Wholetime hours on a specified purpose contract
