St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network is seeking a Human Resource Officer to join its HR team on a permanent, whole-time basis. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality HR services that support clinical and non-clinical staff within a specialised oncology environment. The position is open to both HSE and non-HSE applicants.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive HR administrative and advisory support to management and staff
• Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes in line with HSE policies
• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR information systems accurately
• Assist with employee relations matters, including absence management and policy application
• Support performance management and staff development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HSE, employment law, and data protection requirements
• Liaise with payroll, occupational health, and other internal stakeholders as required

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
• Previous experience in a Human Resources or administrative role, preferably within healthcare or the public sector
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in HR systems and standard office software
