The Senior HR Integration Analyst (Grade VII) plays a key role in supporting national workforce planning, HR systems integration, and strategic HR intelligence initiatives across the HSE. Reporting within the Human Resources Integration Unit, this position supports data-driven workforce transformation aligned with national health service priorities.
Two permanent whole-time vacancies are currently available, with potential for additional permanent or specified purpose roles via panel formation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead HR data integration initiatives across multiple HR systems
• Support strategic workforce planning and intelligence reporting
• Analyse workforce datasets to inform decision-making
• Collaborate with national HR and operational stakeholders
• Develop dashboards, reports and performance metrics
• Contribute to policy development and HR transformation projects
• Ensure compliance with national public sector HR frameworks
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Significant experience in HR analytics, workforce planning or HR systems integration
• Strong data analysis and reporting capability
• Experience working in complex public sector or healthcare environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Project management experience desirable
• Eligible under WRC Agreement 161867 (HSE, TUSLA, Section 38 or statutory health agencies only)
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary Scale: HSE Grade VII (0582) – in line with August 2025 Consolidated Pay Scales
Working Pattern: Permanent whole-time, permanent part-time, specified purpose whole-time or part-time
Blended Working: On-site attendance required at agreed base location in line with HSE Blended Working Policy

Base location will be agreed with successful candidates from the following:
Naas (Oak House), Dublin 8 (Dr Steevens’ Hospital), Manorhamilton (Leitrim), Kells (Meath), Sligo, Limerick, Tullamore (Offaly), Galway (Merlin Park), Cork (Model Farm Road), Kilkenny, or Waterford.
This role sits within the National Human Resources Division and supports system-wide workforce intelligence and integration across Ireland’s public health service.
