Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Outpatients Reception team.
- Ensure accurate patient registration, appointment scheduling, and data entry processes.
- Maintain high standards of customer service for patients and visitors.
- Support the implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
- Monitor workload distribution and staff performance.
- Liaise with clinical and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and development of reception staff.
- Ensure compliance with HSE governance, data protection, and confidentiality policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a healthcare administrative or supervisory role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
