Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager 2 – Intellectual Disabilities Residential Service

Location: East Wicklow

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (169 hours/month)

Salary: €67,399 to €77,122 per annum (HSE Consolidated Pay Scales)

Reporting To: Head of Operations

Job Overview: TTM Healthcare is currently recruiting on behalf of a dedicated Intellectual Disabilities Residential Service based in East Wicklow. We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to oversee two residential units supporting children and young adults with moderate to profound intellectual disabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within a person-centred, high-standard care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of two residential services.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective care.
  • Provide leadership and support to staff.
  • Maintain compliance with HIQA standards and relevant legislation.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and local change initiatives.

Requirements:

  • QQI Level 7 BA in Applied Social Studies, Social Care, or equivalent OR RNID, RGN, or RCN with active NMBI registration.
  • Management qualification in Health/Social Care (or currently undertaking).
  • Minimum 3 years’ supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HIQA standards and relevant legislation.
  • Experience in strategic and change management.
  • Full clean driving licence and access to a car.
