Job Overview
The Grade VI Data Analyst Dublin role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Regional Recruitment Team within HSE Dublin and North East. This permanent wholetime position is focused on delivering high-quality workforce data analysis to support strategic recruitment planning and service delivery.
Working as part of a dynamic regional team, the successful candidate will provide robust data insights, reporting, and analytical support to enhance recruitment processes across North Dublin, Meath, Louth, Cavan, and Monaghan.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse recruitment and workforce data to support regional workforce planning and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for senior management.
- Monitor recruitment campaigns and provide analytical insights to improve outcomes.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with governance standards.
- Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and operational teams to interpret and present complex datasets.
- Support the development of data-driven strategies within the Regional Recruitment Team.
- Prepare detailed analytical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant third-level qualification in data analytics, ICT, business, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings clearly.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience within a healthcare or public sector environment is desirable.
