Job Overview
The Health Service Executive is seeking applications for the position of Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Occupational Health Dublin North (Reference: NRS15351). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nursing professional to lead and support occupational health services across Dublin North.
This role offers the chance to contribute to staff wellbeing, workplace health promotion, and clinical leadership within a dynamic Occupational Health service based in Blanchardstown Corporate Park, with flexibility to work across other service areas as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and operational management within the Occupational Health service.
- Support the delivery of high-quality occupational health assessments and interventions.
- Coordinate case management, health surveillance, and workplace health initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with professional, regulatory, and HSE standards and policies.
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing and multidisciplinary team members.
- Contribute to service planning, quality improvement, and risk management activities.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting systems.
- Engage with stakeholders across services to promote employee health and wellbeing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registration as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience, with relevant occupational health or management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health practices, employment legislation, and clinical governance.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
- Grade: Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (Grade Code 2119)
- Salary Scale (from 1 February 2026): €62,078 – €78,443 (LSI) per annum, pro rata for part-time roles, in line with HSE pay scales and Department of Health Circular 1/2025.

Location & Employer Information
This post is based in Occupational Health – Dublin North, 2nd Floor, Block 10-1 Blanchardstown Corporate Park, Ballycoolen, Dublin 15. The post-holder may be required to work in other service areas within Dublin city and county as service needs arise.
