Job Overview
The Dublin Midlands Mental Health Services are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist Dublin Midlands to join Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Adult Mental Health Services (AMHS). These permanent whole-time positions form part of a regional recruitment panel supporting structured workforce planning and service development.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessment and intervention within CAMHS and/or AMHS settings.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff and students.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team planning and service development initiatives.
- Support evidence-based practice and outcome-focused interventions.
- Manage complex caseloads across community and inpatient settings.
- Engage in service improvement, audit, and quality assurance processes.
- Promote recovery-oriented and person-centred care approaches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification recognised by CORU for registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Registration with CORU as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to register).
- Minimum of three years post-qualification experience, including relevant mental health experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in CAMHS and/or Adult Mental Health practice.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Full driver’s licence and access to transport (where required).
