Job Overview
This is an excellent leadership opportunity for an experienced social care professional to join Corlann Disability Services as a Team Manager. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred services while leading and supporting multidisciplinary teams across disability services in Roscommon. You will play a key role in ensuring service excellence, governance, and positive outcomes for service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management to social care teams across designated services
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with national standards
- Oversee service planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage staff performance, supervision, and professional development
- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery
- Manage resources effectively, including budgets and staffing levels
- Promote a culture of safety, respect, and inclusion within all services
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Social Care, Health, or a related discipline
- Registration with the appropriate professional body where required
- Significant experience in disability services or social care settings
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
- Full driving licence and access to transport may be required
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary Scale: €61,878 – €70,805 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (Wholetime), pensionable position

This role is based across multiple locations in County Roscommon, including Roscommon Town, Kilteevan, Athleague, and Tremane/Rahara.
