Job Overview
The Senior HR Partner (Grade VI) position with Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services involves supporting operational and strategic HR functions across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR support and guidance to managers and department leaders

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in a senior HR role within healthcare, public sector, or complex organisational settings
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing employee relations and organisational change initiatives
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary will be aligned with the Grade VI public sector pay scale. This is a permanent part-time role operating at 0.5 Whole Time Equivalent (WTE).
