About the Role
Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) is seeking applications for the position of Electronic Health Record (EHR) Application Support Analyst – Grade IV. This role offers an opportunity to support the ongoing operation and enhancement of EHR systems within a leading healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will contribute to the effective delivery, maintenance and support of electronic health record applications, helping to ensure that clinical and operational users can maximise the benefits of digital healthcare technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution and user support.
- Support system configuration, testing and implementation activities.
- Work collaboratively with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support materials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives relating to digital health systems.
Essential Requirements
Applicants should demonstrate:
- Relevant administrative, ICT or healthcare systems experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting software applications or healthcare information systems is desirable.
