Galway University Hospital is recruiting Radiation Therapists — including 2026 Undergraduates — for its internationally accredited Radiation Oncology Department. This is an excellent opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced radiation therapy professionals to join a leading cancer centre in the West of Ireland, with permanent and specified purpose posts available on a full-time and part-time basis.
Role Overview

Successful candidates will deliver high-quality radiation therapy services to oncology patients, working as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team committed to excellence in cancer treatment. The successful candidates may be required to work in any service area within the vicinity as the need arises.

- Collaborating with oncologists, medical physicists, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Providing a patient-centred service, supporting patients and families throughout the treatment process.

- Adhering to radiation protection legislation, departmental policies, and HSE guidelines at all times.
