HSE South West is recruiting four Clinical Specialist Dietitians (Grade 3715) across Cork University Hospital (CUH) and Cork University Maternity Hospital (CUMH). These positions are open to both HSE and non-HSE applicants and are available on a permanent basis. Reference: CUHDT99280.
Role Overview
The Clinical Specialist Dietitian plays a key leadership and clinical role within the dietetics service, providing specialist-level assessment, intervention, and expertise within a defined clinical area. The postholder will contribute to service development, education, supervision, and research while maintaining the highest standards of evidence-based dietetic practice across the CUH/CUMH group.

Salary
€72,119 – €83,689 per annum (HSE Clinical Specialist Dietician scale, Grade 3715, 9-point scale). No Long Service Increments apply to this grade. Salary is based on the HSE Consolidated Salary Scales effective 1 June 2026 (DoH Circular 2/2026). Part-time posts are remunerated on a pro-rata basis.
