Role Overview

The Warehouse and Technical Support Specialist will be the central point of contact between our warehouse, installation engineers, and customer support. You will play a vital role in the smooth coordination of warehouse inventory, technical troubleshooting of solar PV systems, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities

📦 Warehouse & Inventory Duties

  • Receive, inspect, and log all incoming stock into the CRM system
  • Pick, prepare, and dispatch orders to installation teams based on project schedules
  • Manage inventory levels of materials, parts, and solar components
  • Operate forklifts for loading/unloading stock
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with health and safety standards

⚙️ Technical Support Duties

  • Provide first-line technical support for Solar PV systems via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot issues related to inverters, batteries, Myenergi products (Zappi, Eddi, Harvi), etc.
  • Escalate complex faults and coordinate technician call-outs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases

Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years experience in technical support or warehouse operations
  • Proficiency in CRM, inventory, or ticketing systems
  • Strong knowledge or interest in Solar PV systems
  • Valid Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
  • Manual Handling Certificate (ability to lift moderate loads)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills

🎓 Desirable Qualifications

  • Electrical or Engineering Qualification (Renewable Energy preferred)
  • 3+ years in stock control/warehouse management
  • Familiarity with Myenergi product range
