About the Role
As a Barista Team Member at Costa Coffee Sligo, you’ll craft premium coffee beverages while delivering outstanding customer service in our busy retail park location. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality Costa Coffee beverages following brand standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to create memorable coffee experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop environment
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Support team members during busy periods and peak shopping hours
- Learn and implement Costa Coffee’s signature brewing techniques and recipes
- Assist with stock management and inventory control as needed
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- No previous barista or coffee shop experience required
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
