Key Responsibilities
- Operate buses safely and efficiently across designated routes throughout Ireland
- Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to passengers of all backgrounds
- Conduct pre-journey vehicle safety checks and maintain high safety standards
- Handle passenger inquiries, ticket sales, and route information professionally
- Maintain punctual service delivery according to scheduled timetables
- Follow all health and safety protocols and company procedures
- Contribute to Ireland’s sustainability agenda through professional public transport service
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Valid full D Licence (Category D) for passenger vehicle operation
- Held valid Category B driving licence for minimum 2 years with clean record
- No endorsements on driving licence
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles
- Knowledge of local routes and geography
