Join Ireland’s leading authority on flood risk policy and flood relief projects – the Office of Public Works (OPW). As a Civil Engineering Technician Grade I, you’ll play a vital role in delivering hands‑on technical support for flood risk management programmes across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, design and delivery of flood risk mitigation works
  • Conduct site inspections, surveys, testing and technical recording
  • Prepare engineering drawings, specifications and reports
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues, stakeholders and contractors
