The Rehab Group is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 in Leitrim for a permanent, whole-time nursing management position supporting disability services. This senior role offers an opportunity to provide operational leadership, strengthen service delivery and support high-quality care for people with intellectual disabilities.
Role Overview
The Clinical Nurse Manager 3 will provide senior nursing and operational leadership within disability services. The successful candidate will bring strong management experience, specialist knowledge of intellectual disability services and the ability to build effective professional relationships and networks at all levels.
This vacancy is advertised on behalf of The Rehab Group, a Section 39 publicly funded organisation. The position is not an HSE employment post, and the applicable terms and conditions may differ from those offered directly by the HSE.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Applicants must be registered in the Register of Nurses and Midwives maintained by Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann, the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
- At least two years of the required management or supervisory experience must be in the specialty area of intellectual disability.
- Experience creating and maintaining effective working relationships and networks at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with strong operational and general management competence.
Salary
As this is a Section 39 organisation, The Rehab Group is not bound by HSE consolidated salary scales. For comparison, the HSE Clinical Nurse Manager 3 – Night grade code 2046 scale effective 1 June 2026 is €72,146 – €81,478 per annum on a six-point scale. The actual salary and employment terms for this vacancy are determined by The Rehab Group.
Location
The position is based in County Leitrim within the HSE West and North West health region. The Clinical Nurse Manager 3 will contribute to the leadership and development of disability services, supporting effective service delivery and positive outcomes for service users.
