We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 3 to oversee night shift operations at Letterkenny University Hospital. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage nursing teams during night shift operations
- Oversee clinical decision-making and patient care delivery

Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Minimum 5 years post-registration nursing experience
- Previous experience in clinical management or leadership roles
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations and HSE procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-graduate qualification in nursing management or healthcare leadership
- Experience in acute hospital settings
